1. About the Platform

uaecar.com is an online classifieds platform that allows users to list and browse cars, rental vehicles, and personalized number plates for sale or rent in the United Arab Emirates. We are a platform that connects buyers and sellers; we are not a party to any transaction, sale, rental agreement, or exchange made between users.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under UAE law to use this Site, create a listing, or contact other users.

3. User Listings and Conduct

When submitting a listing, you agree to: provide accurate, current, and complete information about the vehicle, rental, or plate number being advertised; only list items you own or are authorized to sell or rent; not post fraudulent, misleading, duplicate, or illegal listings; and comply with all applicable UAE laws and regulations, including those relating to vehicle sales, registration, and advertising. We reserve the right to review, edit, reject, or remove any listing at our discretion, including listings that are pending moderation approval.

4. No Warranty on Listings

We do not inspect, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any listing, the condition of any vehicle, the identity of any user, or the outcome of any transaction. Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for verifying listing details, inspecting vehicles, agreeing on terms, and completing any sale or rental safely and lawfully, including registering ownership transfers with the relevant UAE authorities where required.

5. Communication Between Users

The Site may display contact details (such as phone numbers or WhatsApp links) to allow buyers and sellers to communicate directly. We are not responsible for the conduct, communications, or agreements made between users off-platform.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; upload malicious code or interfere with the Site’s operation; scrape, copy, or republish content from the Site without permission; or impersonate any person or entity.

7. Intellectual Property

The uaecar.com name, logo, and website design are the property of Mana Portal a Center for Electronic Transactions. Content you submit (such as listing text and photos) remains yours, but by posting it you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the Site for the purpose of operating the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, uaecar.com and Mana Portal a Center for Electronic Transactions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, reliance on any listing, or any transaction or dispute between users.

9. Account and Listing Removal

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any listing or restrict access to the Site for any user who violates these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
